Biography

Kia ora, my name is Alister Irwin. I love it when people discover their Strengths and start to live accordingly.


I am married to Anne and together we have two adult sons. We are also blessed with two delightful grandchildren. We have lived in a variety of places within New Zealand and spent two years living in Fiji. I work for The Salvation Army based in Wellington.


Alongside my Strengths Essential accreditation, I have been trained by CAIRA NZ Professional Pastoral Supervision to offer pastoral supervision. I also can offer The Salvation Army Faith Based Facilitation and Psychological First Aid.
