I am passionate about empowering people to navigate through challenging and confusing seasons, and to see them coming out with clarity and excitement about their future.

Our family migrated to Ōtautahi Christchurch in 1998 and this has become my home since. My academic background is in Engineering and I’ve had 10+ years in ministry at the Christchurch Chinese Church: as a 24-7 Youth Worker, Youth Pastor, and Congregation Pastor. These days I manage and direct a charitable trust providing services to the Asian Community (Asian Community Transformation Trust).

As an immigrant from Taiwan, I find myself often in the "in between". In between languages, cultures, generations, faith affiliations, and more. This has shaped me to understand when people feel stuck or confused in between seasons in their lives. My upbringing and work have also allowed me to be immersed among diversity and to value the uniqueness and unique contribution each person brings to their settings.

I am a coach who can help you to gain clarity in yourself and your situations, so that you may identify and align yourself to what truly matters to you. I excel in developing achievable goals towards the outcomes you desire to see in your life. My passion is to work with business leaders so they may lead healthy organisations that will be a blessing in their local communities. My heart is always to add value to non-profit organisation leaders, as they have given their lives to add value to others.
