Biography
I work 1:1 with people who want to understand their strengths and use them with confidence in work and life.
Whether you’re in paid work, unpaid work, studying, or navigating a transition, I can help you identify and set goals that make sense for where you are now.
As an accredited Strengths Network coach, I offer a positive, practical approach to uncovering what you naturally do best and using it in meaningful ways.
I hold a Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Journalism, which helps shape how I listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help people make sense of what matters to them.
After discovering the CliftonStrengths in 2010, while working in the charity sector, the clarity it gave me stayed with me. Ten years later, I became a coach to help others experience that same insight.
With experience in the not-for-profit sector and more recently as a team leader in the public sector, I understand the realities of purpose-driven, team-based work. I provide 1:1 coaching, to individuals and teams.
Outside of work, I’m married to a wonderful husband and am a proud mum to our energetic two-year-old daughter.
