I am inspired by Albert Einstein who said, "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid." I coach because I enjoy helping people to discover, appreciate and develop in their areas of talent. It is a pleasure to see people realise what they have to offer and how they can use their talents to negotiate challenges or discern the next steps on their journey. I've coached in not for profit, work and church settings. My background includes IT, administration and coordination roles as well as 6 years as a volunteer counsellor and mentor for other counsellors at Youthline.
