Biography
For over 15 years, French native Cora and her husband Matthew have felt privileged to lead and coach various teams in Aotearoa and other nations across the globe, often as the teams were in vision development and pioneering phases.
Leading teams with diverse personalities, ages, cultures and ethnicities through rapid growth and ideation phases presented ample opportunities for Cora and Matthew to learn, develop and refine key values, principles and tools for navigating and developing strong relationships and team dynamics. These lessons became the foundation for the work Cora and Matt do today under the umbrella of the Nga Pepetuna Trust and Restoring Connections.
For the past ten years, Cora’s passion has been to support the growth of strong and healthy relationships. Her ability to provide emotional and cultural intelligence, and a warm and safe environment, allows individuals a space to look at their healthy and unhealthy behaviours. She is passionate about walking alongside others who often reached out during some of their most painful relational experience. Her dedication sees her sought out as an ever-learning training facilitator, guest speaker and relationships mentor.
More recently, Cora has been instrumental in developing and delivering the Restoring Connections Course curriculum, which guides individuals, caregivers, couples and leaders through core building blocks for healthy relationships:
Personal Responsibility
Proactive Love
Powerful Communication
Healthy Boundaries
Cora is an accredited Loving On Purpose Mentor and CliftonStrengths Coach.
