Cazna is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is currently working towards her ICF Coach accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Cazna firmly believes that Coaching is an investment in you. It is a journey full of rich and insightful learnings about you. It is purposeful conversations to raise awareness by asking you powerful questions to unleash and acknowledge your strengths, skills, challenges and solutions to enable aspirations as defined by you. The solutions we seek lie within each us.

Cazna is married to Lee (Ngāti Rarua, Ngāti Maniapoto) and they have 3 children, Tana and Delane and Waikawau who are the centre of her universe. Cazna has a Bachelor of Applied Management in Business Transformation and Change and has always had an entrepreneurial spirit since starting her own whānau operated consultancy business Mokowhiti Ltd in 2002. Cazna is also a co-founder of Tū Māia a newly established consultancy business. Tū Māia was born out of a shared vision for taking our passion for daring, growing and backing our own to the next level.
