I love helping people explore their own uniqueness and potential using what they already have.

'Nau te rourou, naku te rourou, ka ora ai te iwi' - With your food basket and my food basket the people will be fed.
Team coaching is where I love seeing teams begin to understand each other and how they can work together by contributing to the bigger picture through their Strengths.
