Married with three grown children and work as a Guidance Officer, Teacher and on Executive team for Prep to 12 School for 25 years. Passionate about seeing individuals discover their Strengths and develop the confidence and skills to put them into practice in their professional and personal life. I have been active in working with students, teams and families in developing their Strengths in a transformative way for a period of 7 years.
