Biography

With over 15 years of experience in a variety of leadership arenas, I understand the significance of healthy, self-aware individuals and the overflow this brings to their engagement in life and their ability to work well in team environments.

Currently working as the Director of a Centre for Leadership Development and Influence in Christchurch, I have used the Strength Finders tool proficiently with teams and individuals both nationally and internationally with excellent results.

I tailor high energy, engaging sessions and workshops that are profesionally presented.
