With a background in social work, youth development, financial mentoring, and facilitation, I bring a practical, collaborative, and strengths-based approach to my mahi with individuals and organisations.

I love creating spaces where people can recognise what is already within them, articulate their strengths authentically, and back themselves to become the best versions of themselves. It’s such a privilege to journey alongside communities and watch people and teams strengthen their confidence in who they are and how they lead, learning to trust what is already within them as they find their own solutions and move towards their own goals and moemoeā.
