I believe people need one another. But I also know we need time and tools for teams, communities, and partnerships to work well. This is why I love coaching. By bringing people together to have important conversations using powerful tools, I think we can always find a better way through.

I do most of my work with teams in the government, non-profit and small business sector. While I mainly use the CliftonStrengths tools, I have my Masters in Educational Psychology and have done training in Living Wisdom, Prepare and Enrich and am an avid reader of all-things psychology.
