My professional background is in teaching and not-for-profit trust management. I have a passion for real and authentic relationships, strength based leadership and creative and innovative approaches. I thrive in the brainstorming, ideation phase of a project where problem solving and strategising and seeing multiple pathways comes naturally. I enjoy upskilling and developing people to achieve their potential and believe that success is achieved when we work in collaborative partnership.

Together with my husband Dallas Harema, we are involved in supporting couples, facilitating growth through improved communication, conflict resolution, and connection. It is a rewarding but challenging process.

Beyond my professional interests, I find joy in creating and designing, whether it's sculpting clay into jewellery or experimenting with cooking new cuisines... the current interest is Middle Eastern.
