Mike has a calling and a passion for helping people realise and reach their potential. He founded Think Right over a decade ago after observing that when people think right, they act right and get the right results.
Having used personality profiling extensively in his work training teams around the world, Mike wanted to find a tool that did not put people into boxes. Gallup's focus on what is "right with people" resonated deeply and Mike became a CSF coach and uses the tool to compliment his tailored training session that he develops to help businesses grow their people.
