Along with his wife Tessa, Mike started the journey to bring CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder) to Aotearoa in 2006. Currently Mike is kept busy heading up Canterbury Youth Services and has limited time available for coaching, however he remains a significant part of the Strengths Network's oversight and is a strong advocate for Strengths!
