I'm a certified Life Coach and CliftonStrengths Coach.

I love helping people at a crossroads in life find their passion and purpose. You will discover that I am attentive, keenly aware and perceptive.

I love to ask good questions and listen with empathy and understanding. My role is to help you discover insights and notice where you need to grow and develop.

CliftonStrengths has been hugely beneficial in my life, helping me to discover what's 'right' about me. I am privileged to be able to coach other people now and help them flourish.
