I've always ended up a trainer - it didn't matter what the jobs were, from the construction industry to private security to manufacturing - I have always ended up teaching others. It's something that comes naturally to me, and something that I've always found to be challenging and fulfilling.
I have always loved learning and pushing myself to grow, but it wasn't until I learned Strengths that I gained more than just the knowledge of why I work the way I do, but also a deep understanding of how I can be even better at it!
My own personal strengths shape the way I build teams, coach and train others, and talk to people one on one. In my roles as a leader, it’s been up to me to define what successful teams looks like, and that’s what excites me about learning and sharing Strengths.
Growth is a lifelong journey, and to me, leadership is about providing growth – in my people, and, through them, in myself. The knowledge of your people that you gain through the Strengths program is a powerful tool to see everyone the way they deserve to be seen.
I want to learn what people are great at, and customise plans with them to achieve their goals!
