Kia ora!

I’m a youth development practitioner and facilitator that loves strengths-based communication and exploring constructive conversations about equity and diversity.

My Chinese ancestry, work background and life experiences have gifted me the confidence to support you on your journey with strengths.

Standing on the shoulders of my ancestors and whānau, I aspire to live a life of service to others, particularly through celebrating strengths and abilities of others. This is amplified by the knowledge that I lead with relationship building themes.

I look forward to hearing from you and walking alongside you on your strengths journey!
