I want to celebrate the gifts and talents you have and encourage you to stretch and grow into more of who you are and what you have to offer the people and places in your world. My experience is in teaching, leading and managing, and now coaching and mentoring, in early childhood education. I have loved using strengths to help kaiako|teachers unlock the things they naturally do best and encourage them to harness these to impact their learning community for good.
