I love seeing people thrive.
For over 30 years I have been involved in a range of areas within the health and fitness industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. Instructing, educating, mentoring, management, and advising roles have provided me with wonderful opportunities to encourage and support people to grow and develop in ways that make sense to them. For many, this resulted in increased fitness, improved health, a greater sense of wellness, enriched relationships, and/or a more satisfying engagement in work and community. I found that when people felt empowered to live their lives in a way that allowed them to be more of who they were, they would thrive, and I love that!
I am a fervent believer in the power of strengths-based coaching. When we understand, and use our unique talents to appreciate, to grow, and to contribute, our sense of being 'well' can’t help but be lifted, impacting ourselves and others.
As well as a coach, I am a Mum of two wonderful young women, a wife to someone who is just as crazy as I am about adventuring (preferably on two wheels), and a lover of great coffee (particularly when shared with friends!).
