WEAVE is our bi-annual Strengths Network gathering, an event that has become a true highlight in the life of our community. We are pleased to announce our theme for 2023 – Grounded and Growing. Who we are and how we fit is a life-long discovery that involves answering a crucial question – How do we stand with stability on the things we need to be immovable and unwavering, while at the same time embracing the necessity learn, shift and evolve? Our incredible opportunity as a coaching community is to guide ourselves and others as we navigate this wonderful paradox – staying grounded and always growing.
