Kia ora! I am originally a teacher but have spent a number of years coaching, mentoring and facilitating now. This has been mostly within the education sector, helping people to learn, grow, reflect and develop their leadership capacity. The coaching relationship comes naturally to me as I care deeply, love to listen and learn about people, and think together about how you can become the best 'you' you can be.
