Jason is a strengths-based culture coach who is passionate about supporting communities and workplaces to create environments where people are seen, heard and understood. For the last six years Jason has worked closely with leaders, managers and teams to increase individual growth and collective clarity. Jason stepped up to lead Strengths Network in 2020 and is passionate about training, resourcing and connecting people to enable a strengths movement in our corner of the world.
Tessa has played a central role in ‘sparking the Strengths’ fire’ in the South Pacific. Working alongside Gallup from 2008, and then founding Strengths Network as an independent community of coaches and training provider. Tessa has worked tirelessly to connect hundreds of people to this tool, and to each other. Alongside facilitating and designing training, workshops and resources, Tessa works with the members of our coaching community who have moved beyond their first year of coaching.
As with a lot of people whose roles’ are mostly behind the scenes, Kim is the one who not only manages all the thousands of details to keep the Network operating, she also keeps this community of coaches going, allowing our team and our coaches to stay up to date, in the loop and connected to each other with the information and resources they need.
For Janaya, Strengths’ Coaching is about seeing people step into being more of who they were created to be. Janaya’s role within our team is to develop and encourage our new coaches as they move from training, through the accreditation process right to the end of their initial year as a member of Strengths Network.
