I've often been told I have the best job ever - telling people how awesome they are.

I truly believe that everyone has their own unique set of skills to offer and CliftonStrengths has been the tool that has helped me grow and bloom this in my own life and then help others do the same. I am a huge believer in village and community and how we show up there. I'd love to support you, your organisation, your family and community to discover their awesomeness too.

My background is in community programmes, including community-led development and parenting. I have worked in schools, community centres, parenting organisations, churches and in people's homes. I love being creative and being with people, especially good if it happens together.
